I took a direct sample of this by cutting a tiny piece of okra that had the white mold on it. The majority of the tissue on the okra was damaged and unhealthy, as it was covered in white mold, had brown spots, and was wilted and slimy (definitely not usable for our stir fry). I chose this because since there’s already a lot of growth (visible mycelia), high growth would most likely occur once it’s put on the media. Will there be mold, or will there also be bacteria? We will find out!
