Here I have plated two different cheeses. Feta Cheese on the bottom side of each plate, and Havarti Cheese on the top side of each plate. The samples looks very similar on both plates here. The fungi growing on the Feta Cheese looks identical on both the CMA (top) and PDA (bottom). Also, for the Havarti cheese, there is not much growth on either plate. For now, it seems to early to tell which medium is better for cheese.
