This mold is from a piece of blackberry leaf from a wild blackberry bush near my house. It is pink on top, with some lighter mycelia on the top, and it’s growing in a lobed pattern. On the bottom it is darker pink, and it seems like the middle is darker than the edges (although I suspect that the black bits are from something else). This mold grew fairly quickly, but has taken some time to gain its vibrant colour. This appears closest to Fusarium graminearum, although it is darker on the bottom whereas F. graminearum is lighter on the bottom. I think this is probably a species from the genus Fusarium that we have not seen in lab.
