1) Both sources had a sprig of moss on the left side and a small cutout of leaf litter in the right side.
2) The fungi on the PDA plate have spread out much more compared to the fungi on the CMA plate. There also appears to be a large variety on the PDA plate but not the CMA plate.
3) I think PDA is a better media in this case. Not only was there a larger quantity of fungi, there was also more variety in species. The CMA plate appeared to only have 2 species of fungi that didn’t spread very much.
