I took a sample from this quinoa salad that I made for myself last week. I love quinoa salad but apparently molds love it more. I expect to see a lot of growth on my petri dish because my sample is already moldy of course. I chose this sample because I know for sure that I would see a large amount of growth and I would be able to identify the fungi that have the same taste as me.
