I took a sample from a moldy bread and I expect to see a lot of growth on my petri dish. I chose this sample because I can already see molds on it and also this is an organic Persian bread so I want to compare it with a sample from an inorganic bread. I expect to see more growth from the organic bread because it doesn’t have some ingredients that the inorganic breads have.
