-samples taken from a moldy Jalapeño and ginger
-The ginger on the PDA is growing a green mold (possibly penicillium chrysogenum) which is absent in the CMA plate. In the CMA plate you can clearly see the scleotia growing from both the jalapeño and the ginger.
-Overall the PDA plate is supporting more growth in terms of how dense the mycelium is.
