The source of this fungi is a rotting tomato that was swabbed onto the plate. This fungi is of pink colour and is slightly lighter on the bottom than on the top. It grew fairly quickly at room temperature, this growth took about 4 days. Because of its pink colour and the presence of small white fluffy spots, to my knowledge, this fungi most likely could be of the genus Fusarium. Since this growth is not a dark pink, but rather a lighter pink on both sides, it more closely resembles Fusarium oxysporum.
