This sample of fungi were isolated from a fridge shelf through a swab (PDA). They formed colonies in radial growth pattern. The colour from the top is dark green with a white border. And from the bottom they look yellowish green but still exhibit a white border. This mold resembles the most to Penicillium chrysogenum because of radial growth pattern and the white border that it exhibits. However, my unknown fungi have a yellowish green colour on the bottom which Penicillium chrysogenum does not have. But overall, the white border and the dark green colour from the top make it look the most like a Penicillium chrysogenum mold.
