The final place I sampled from was a decaying piece of wood, that I suspect was a piece of driftwood, as it was found nearby the ocean. It was very soft, and the pieces could be easily torn apart from one another. I suspected it was decaying possibly from fungal growth, which was why I sampled it. Because of this, I expect high fungal growth.
