I sampled from a unknown plant outside my house. The reason I sampled from this plant was because half of the leaves were healthy (bright green and waxy) but the other half of the leaves had a cloudy covering on them with tiny brown spots on the back. I sampled from the unhealthy cloudy looking leaf witch had those tiny spots on the back. I want to know if more or less fungi grows on the cloudy looking leaf when compared to a healthy one and if the cloudy looking leaves have a fungal infection which is causing them to look different. I am assuming that the unhealthy leaves will have more fungi growing on them in comparison to the heathy waxy leaves because those tiny spots looked like spores but I am not fully sure what those tiny spots are or could indicate. (side note – I also sampled from the healthy leaf to see the difference in the amount of fungi produced on both healthy and unhealthy tissue)
