This mushroom was growing in my neighbors lawn.
It has a bright red saucer cap with scales. Gills are narrow and are attached close to the stem (uncinate). The gills are close together and are not completely even but that might be due to damage as the mushroom is older. The stem is central and as far as I can tell is equal. Unfortunately, the bottom of the stem got cut off in the photo so I am unsure if it has a bulb.
It looks similar to an Amanita mushroom however is lacking an annulus on the stem
