This sample is from my dog’s toe. The bottom is the left and the top is the right. The bottom is dark brownish-green and the top is dark brownish-green. The top is also quite fuzzy. It grew radially to about 0.9cm in diameter over 21 days, this is quite slow, but still about average for my fungi. I believe it looks most like Chaetomium globosum, but it seems that the top is slightly less dark brown-green than the bottom despite Chaetomium globosum being usually homogenous in colour.
