This culture is the result of a mushy blackberry being rubbed onto the media. This fungi initially was very slow to grow, as it was about 4 days with no growth. However, then all of a sudden overnight this growth happened. This fungi appears to have a white-ish mycelia with many black spots on it. It is difficult to differentiate it between Rhizopus stolonifer, Sclerotium cepivorum and Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, as they are all characterised by black spots. Based on the photos i have seen, however, I believe that this fungal growth most closely resembles Rhizopus stolonifer.
