Fungi attained from dry swabbing the outside of a clay pot with some fungal fluff growing on it. PDA has higher growth with larger colonies. PDA colonies are yellow on the bottom and green and white on the top. CMA colonies are yellow on the bottom and white on the top. Many small colonies growing all over the plate instead of one colony in middle where sample was initially transferred. PDA plate seems significantly better then CMA based on the growth of the fungi on each.
