-Samples from a sword fern and a maidenhair fern
-Fungal growth looks very different between the two plates. Overall the PDA plate has more growth and is almost completely covered. There’s a dark fungus by the sword fern that isn’t present in the CMA plate. The maidenhair fern in the CMA plate has a green and a yellow-brown fungus growing nearby, in the PDA plate the maidenhair is overtaken by a fuzzy white/cream fungus.
