A green pepper that had little mold spots that I tried to save by keeping it in the freezer, only to see that the mold has spread after taking it out of the freezer a couple days later. The top had a bit of fuzz and the body was extremely squishy. I isolated cross-sections that had mold spots on the surface. I’m not sure what to expect here as I’m not sure how the cold temperature might affect the fungi.
