I plated squishy plant tissue from the stem and leaves of a hosta plant in my backyard.
There seems to be more fungi gowing on the pda media than the cma media. The cma plate is less colourful.
I think the pda media is better because fungal growth is spread farther on the plate and it started growing faster.
