1. left plate is CMA & right plate is PDA

Top half of each plate is sample 2, bottom half is sample 1
2. I see larger colonies with more “advanced” growth (bathtub fungi has more distinct colonies on CMA rather than white fluff on PDA).
3. CMA (left plate) seems to be better.
