This fungus was grown on PDA from a leaf I found on a bush by the trail to my local creek. The leaf was a bright green, but had dark purplish-brown splotches all over it.
The fungus is white in colour on the top, but has considerably thicker and fuzzier white edges, though that may be because it is being inhibited by another dark fungus growing closer to the leaf sample. The bottom is a pretty creamy yellow colour. Despite growing for a week, the fungus hasn’t spread very far, so I think it’s a slower growing species. It’s a bit difficult to tell what kind of growth pattern the fungus has due to it’s irregular shape (probably due to competition from other fungi on the plate), but it appears to grow radially.
Based on the morphology, I think this mold is Clonostachys rosea, as it matches closely to the image on the lab 1 slide for C. rosea.
