This fungus was taken from a moldy raspberry I found in my fridge and grew on a CMA plate.
The fungus has a circular colony (barring the gray-green colony of mold on one side). It has a fuzzy white top that looks slightly pink due to the light pink bottom. Despite growing for over 1 week, the mold hasn’t grown very much on the plate, though that may be due to the agar type. Overall, it’s a very pretty mold.
Assuming the pink colour came from the mold and not raspberry juice, I think this fungus is Fusarium oxysporum. The morphology of my mold matches closely to F. oxysporum, and I can’t find any significant differences that can tell me otherwise.
