This photo presents a Pothos plant living in water, the sampling was done for the roots of the plants that were browned/ more white. Therefore, I would say that the tissue is not healthy since it is appearing more brown/dead. I would expect moderate to high fungal growth especially since the plant is browned, that means the soil could have a high fungal growth happening.
