Adjacent pieces of potato skin plated on each media. Growth significantly higher on PDA plate. PDA plate has 2 fungi growing on it (Green fungi in the middle, with translucent yellow fungi growing around it. Tiny black sclerotia present on PDA plate. Fungi is clear on CMA plate with very little growth. PDA plate seems significantly better then CMA based on the growth of the fungi on each. also it makes sense that a potato fungi would grow better on a “potato” dextrose sugar.
