1. Left plate is CMA, right plate is PDA
Left side of each plate: plant fungal source
Right side of each plate: soil fungal source
Top half of each plate is sample 2, bottom half of each plate is sample 1
2. There are barely any differences since both plates look roughly the same. PDA seems to have allowed for more fungal growth for the plant fungus.
3. Perhaps PDA is slightly better in this case, but it is quite difficult to tell.
