1. left plate is CMA & right plate is PDA
Right Side of each plate:
cherry tomato fungi
(ignore left side of each plate)
Top half of each plate is sample 2, bottom half is sample 1
2. Fungal growth on PDA (right plate) is a lot more constrained to one area, whereas CMA shows more proliferation of fungi.
3. CMA is better in these plates since the fungal colonies spread farther.
