The left plate is the CMA media, and the right plate is the PDA plate. Both plates are the air samples taken from my backyard, both plates were relatively covered from the wind, since I had to hide the plates from the rain. The PDA plates seem to have much more different colonies compared to the CMA plate, interestingly there is some orange colored growth on the CMA plate that is much smaller in the PDA plate. Overall I believe the PDA plate is the better media in this case, since PDA has much more colonies and a much faster growth rate.
