I took plant tissue samples from dried grass and onion skin.
The fungi from onion skin completely took over the pda media (on the left) you can’t see through the plate. Whereas the cma still has empty spots. The dried grass is barely showing any fungi growth, there seems to be a bit more colony formation from the dried grass on the cma plate.
The Pda media is better because there are no empty spots left on the pda and their is on cma. The fungi has colonized all the way to the other side of the plate with the pda media.
