1) The source if the fungi was a healthy leaf from a rose bush from the rose garden on Burnaby Mountain.
2) The mold looks slightly beige/white and a little fuzzy from the top view. From the bottom, there are black spots as well as white-ish. The mold itself does not seem to be spreading out in a large radius.
3) I think this mold could Phytophthora megasperma because both are white and fuzzy looking from the top. However, I am unsure about the block spots from the bottom view (could be a separate fungi underneath?).
