This fungi was isolated from a healthy house plant leaf and grown on CMA media. The fungi exhibits a radial pattern of homogenous white fuzzy growth on the top. The bottom appears to be slightly off white, cream colour. This fungi looks like Geotrichum candidum because of how it is homogenously white on both the top and bottom of the plate, as well as the fuzzy radial growth. The only slight difference is that the bottom of the plate has a cream white colour, rather than the pure white colour that Geotrichum candidum has.
