I found this mushroom at a park in Chilliwack. It was growing in the soil next to some rotting trees, and was found clustered as seen in the photo. The cap shape appears conical, and bell-shaped as it is quite large. The cap surface appears striated, fibrillose, and some have tiny white dots. The gills are adnexed, the stipe is bare, and the stem appears central, smooth, and somewhat flexuous. I believe this mushroom is Coprinellus micaceus due to its unique cap shape and its likelihood to grow near rotting trees.
