This is a leaf I found right outside my building where there are a lot of maple leaf trees around. It was found sitting on a ledge right underneath one of these trees. I chose to sample this leaf since my area is filled to the brim with them at this time of year, and I was interested in knowing if/what type of fungi likes to grow on them. Because the leaf was browning, I expect there to be high fugal growth in the plate.
