This shelf fungus was found on yet another fallen log on the Pacific Spirit trail. The anterior grows in rings of varying shades of brown and the posterior is white. It is stiff to the touch. Its characteristics do not fall under the visual keys lab. The growth pattern observed was overlapping sheets forming a wavy illusion. I would ID this popypore as Trametes versicolor.
