1. Left plate is CMA, right plate is PDA
Left side of each plate: lemon fungal source
Right side of each plate: cheese fungal source
Top half of each plate is sample 2, bottom half of each plate is sample 1
2. There are very slight differences between the two plates. The colonies on the right plate seem to have more volume and higher density. They also seem to be spreading out more.
3. PDA looks to be promoting growth better, since the pink colonies (sample 1) seem to have higher volume in the PDA plate and the white colonies are spreading much more than in the CMA plate.
