This was sourced from a Peace Lily plant wilted leaf. These black spots only appeared in the last couple of days, so the growth appears to be very slow. Its a raised, small, black fungus that appears to be releasing some mucous or liquid as it appears to have shiny droplets at certain angles. It has an irregular growth pattern since i cannot tell or predict where the next spore will appear. Based on the morphology I think this is Botrytis cinerea which is known to commonly affect many plant species.
