This was a sample of homemade bread. At first I saw a colourful array of fungi growing, before the plate got overtaken by white fuzz. The growth rate was moderately fast. It is white on top and bottom. It is fluffy and white on top and bottom like Pythium irregulare but I think it’s a type of Penicillium as it’s on bread.
