The fungus was isolated from a forest bark. The bottom is white, and the top is white with tiny black spots. The growth rate was fast, but there is a neighbouring fungus that inhibit its further grow. Growth pattern is unique as it was growing upward, reaching the top of the plate. Due to its growth pattern and black spots, this fungus can be recognized as Rhizopus stolonifera.
