This was taken from a small sample of a wilted cilantro leaf that was originally from the grocery store and stored in my fridge. It grew extremely fast appearing to fill all the white to the top with a white fluffy texture with, what appears, black spores or sclerotia surround the centre and potentially on the underside. Due to its rapid growth and morphology, I believe this is Mucor racemosus
