Umbonate, even cap with a smooth texture. No veil. Close gill attachment. Braid thick gills with subdistant spacing. Even edges. Centrally attached “equal” stem with a fibrous texture.
Mushroom is Marasmius oreades also known as “Fairy Ring Fungus” it is commonly found in lawns throughout North America.
