On the both left sides of the plates, a doorknob swab was used as a sample. And on the right sides of the plates, a little amount of vacuum dirt was used as a sample. From looking at the plates, I can see that there is barely any growth on the doorknob swabs but there is much more growth on the right sides of the plates (from the vacuum dirt). Both right sides of the plate have a large amount of growth but there is more diversity of colonies and more amount of white mycelium on the CMA plate. So, I believe that the CMA plate is a better media since there is more diverse colonies and also more overall growth.
