This sample is from a brown leaf that I picked up as I was walking around my neighborhood. The top of his fungi (right image) appears to be a dark red/burgundy as well as a white coloration. Additionally, it would appear to have a very “fuzzy” texture to it. Moreover, the bottom of the plate is a very dark red/brown. When examining the growth, it appears to have a large amount of “white space” as it grows (difficult to see on images due to moisture). I believe that based on color, this fungi might be a fusarium (graminearum?) species, however, I believe the color is not quite right for this assessment (This may be due to how old the sample is though)
