There are black spots on this aloe vera that was just sitting in my washroom. It looked suspiciously like a sort of fungal growth, so i decided to sample it. After cutting it open, the flesh is actually purple ish and kind of gross. I expect average fungal growth because the media in Petri dishes are different in composition compared to aloe, but they are all plant based so there should be some growth.
