This mushroom was found poking up in amongst some foliage at the base of a tree, on the sunshine coast. The cap’s shape is depressed and arched with a smooth surface. The gills are adnate, narrow and subdistant with an even edge. Stem is central, equal and smooth. Appearing to be closest to a gilled bolete although any further ID would require a spore print, and to break the cap to make sure it is not a Lactarius.
