This jelly-like fungus was found growing on the wooden railing of a trail in North Van. It does not fall into any of the features covered in the visual keys lab. After some research, I discovered its most likely to be
Tremella mesenterica (aka yellow brain fungus), and provides a good source of carbohydrates once boiled!
