This mushroom was found from a grocery store. However it is a bit old (the colour changed from all white to some brown spots on top). Some of its characteristics involves: a cap shape that is convex (evenly rounded), the margin is Crenate, cap surface feature was smooth (which did not show any bumps), partial veil features is Doubly- flared ring, however the gills looks like an Adnate. Breadth was narrow, thickness is average, spacing was close, edges are Serrate. Location of the stem was central, and the shape of the stem was round. Bulbs and volvas were not shown (maybe they were cut?) I would identify this mushroom as Tricholoma murrillianum
