I found this mushroom growing in a park near by house. It was growing close to a large tree in the grass.
The cap of this mushroom is a white-brown and consist of an convex-pulvinate type of shape with an even cap margin. The cap surface is aerolate. The gills are: free, with a average thickness, and with a broad breath. The spacing of the gills is crowded and the edges are even.
The stem contains a single ring (partial veil). It contains a central stem that has a equal shape. The stem looks smooth. I couldn’t see the bulb of the stem since it was torn off the ground. I think this mushroom could be some type of Lepiota species (not sure but might be rachodes) based on the scales and colouration present on the cap of the mushroom and also the colouration of the gills. The only difference I see between Lepiota and my mushroom is that Lepiota has more prominent warts compared to my mushroom.
