This is an iceberg lettuce head that has been sitting in my fridge. I wanted to see if there was any fungal growth on lettuce since there was some spotted discolouration. I suspect there might be a moderate amount of growth because its from a living plant, however, I am just guessing, i don’t know exactly how much growth will be on the plates.
