I decided to isolate a sample from a small stream I found at Langley City Park. I decided to isolate from here because I was curious to see if there was any fungi present in the water. I expect to see a low-moderate amount of fungi growth because the water is pretty clear and there was a stream running so I am not sure if there is a large number of fungi present in the sample.
