This is rainwater and gutter water that empties into a rain barrel in my backyard. The left (PDA) plate seems to have more types of growth; there is yellow, green/black and white fuzz growth. The right (CMA) plate has less growth; white fuzz and some green dots. I think the PDA sample is better for faster and more types of growth.
