This is a healthy and unhealthy (i.e. browning) leaf sample side by side. The top plate is PDA and the bottom is CMA. On the CMA plate, the top is unhealthy and the bottom leaf tissue is healthy. The same goes for the PDA plate. The PDA plate has more growth than the CMA plate. I think PDA is better because it supported greater growth.
