On this plate, sample 6 was a twig collected from a branch of bracken. Sample 7 was grass that was collected from the ground. There have been more cultures developed on media PDA, but the fungi cultures developed on CMA seem to be more localized. I would say that PDA has produced the most legible results from the top and bottom view, there is a lot of condensation that has formed on the CMA plate.
